What we do

Mergers & Acquisitions

We advise owners and boards through the full transaction, not just the introduction.

  • Sell-side processes: preparation, buyer universe, negotiation
  • Buy-side searches and target screening in Colombia
  • Fairness opinions and independent financial advice
  • Shareholder entries, exits and reorganizations

Debt & structured credit

Colombian credit markets reward companies that arrive prepared. Most do not, and pay for it in spread.

  • Debt structuring and refinancing
  • Negotiation with local banks and debt funds
  • Capital structure review ahead of an investment plan
  • Financial structuring for growth and capex

We read the numbers before the first meeting

Colombia's private companies are hard to read from the outside. The information exists — every company above a size threshold files audited financial statements with the Superintendency of Companies — but it arrives unstandardized, uncomparable and years deep. Making sense of one company has always taken an analyst days.

We built the other path: a structured financial database of more than 30,000 Colombian companies, with ratios, peer sets and industry benchmarks computed the way an investment banker actually needs them. That is why we come to a first conversation already knowing what the numbers say about your company, your buyer or your counterparty.
